Kittatinny Camp Siblings
A comment from Dave Kristol, my former bunkmate, reminded me of the number of campers whose siblings and cousins attended – ofttimes, year after year. My brother, and I were both “lifers.”
Here are a few names of Kittatinny siblings from the years I attended: Pearson [the late Victor Gross was their cousin], Cabot, Levin, Rait, Sacks, Tannenbaum, Shore, Bock, Weiss, Berk, Karr, Himmel, Biron, Wind, Buckman, Ehrenberg, Balaban, Lundy, Blatt, Schmuckler, Chippen, Race, Kauffman, and of course Kristol. I have a good memory, but it’s short. Help out a blogga. Add to my list.

Not only were there siblings over and over, some were even cousins i.e. Cabot, Levin, Brody, Berk, and a few others. Also Steve Hankin and his sister Wendy, Alexander twins and sister Mimi, and counselors Bob and Tilman Segal, Carol and Sue Hoffman , Todd and Larry Boff, Karabell, I am sure there are others that will appear.

Dave Kristol reminds me that his brother Howard was a camper. waiter and counselor at KLC.

My brother gave me the blog’s address – I may have some Kittatinny pictures (Dick probably gave you some) but I cannot find them. I will send to you a copy of those that are NOT in your blog…if I can find them.
Yes I remember all of the names and I have a KLC picture with Andy Goldner (tennis instructor) and Darryl Beasom from KLC 1956.

Hi, speaking of siblings my brother Bobby and I have so many great memories of camp, our father of course was Milt Forrest whom I am sure many of you remember from Nature. It was a bit different for us having our dad be at the camp, but we still lived in bunks like other campers and had the full experience.
