Robert Deininger and Jack Degraw discuss Gerrit Cole and the Yankees starting rotation (is their SP their biggest weakness?) which includes Luis Severino, Jordan Montgomery, and James Taillon.They also touch on some of the new faces in Pinstripes, most notably Josh Donaldson. Gone are CA Gary Sanchez, 1B Luke Voit, 3B Gio Urshella, INF/OF Tyler Wade, and OF Clint Frazier. Both Jack and myself speculate whether or not Gleyber Torres and Miguel Andujar will finish the season with the Yankees (could be part of a package for another SP).
Finally, they talk about the documentary on Don Mattingly called “Donnie Baseball” that aired on the MLB Network.
